Beignets or little pillows of heaven?

There's nothing quite like a soft, fresh, and fried pastry. Jet City Beignet in Seattle will transport your taste buds straight down to the French Quarter of New Orleans. Beignets in the city can be kind of hard to come by, especially a single location that just serves them up so you can imagine the excitement when this spot moved into town!

It opened in West Seattle earlier this year; Jet City Beignet is the brainchild of a local couple Greg and Tiffany, who decided that they wanted to take their love of New Orleans cuisine and bring it to the mouths of Seattleites

After spending months of baking, finding unique ingredients, and perfecting their beignets, this bakery was born.

The menu is straightforward. It's just beignets. And that's why they are so lovable!

They've found their niche, and they are sticking to it.

Right now, they are only serving on Saturday and Sunday mornings, so you have to plan and order during the week.

They have a cut off time of Friday at 8 p.m.

You can snag an order of six for $9.99 or 12 if you're hungry for $16.99.

After choosing however many of these delicious desserts you'd like, then the fun part begins — picking your jams!

Every week they switch up their jam flavors, so it's always something new.

They have options like lemon curd, blueberry, and cheesecake, to name a few.

Oh, and of course, in true Seattle fashion, they have coffee up for order as well. Can't have your morning sweets without a bitter cup of joe!

You can place your order during the week, and then get ready for the perfect lazy weekend afternoon biting into these treats.

Stroll on over grab a cup of coffee, and these mouthwatering pastries to start the weekend right.
