According to Metro, the position is ideal for someone who has previous grocery retail experience.

It's also important that you be well-versed in the art of customer service and attention to detail.

The supermarket company recommends that those applying for the job be tech-savvy and comfortable working in multitemperature environments.

You may be required to get up as early as 5:00 a.m., so if you're not a morning person, you might want to think twice about diving in.

As for your responsibilities, Metro states that your job will be shopping around the store to fulfil online customers' orders.

You will also have to "organize and stage" orders before they are shipped out for delivery.

Currently, there are openings for personal shoppers in the Burlington location. Indeed also has listings for Toronto as well.

If you aren't looking for a job in the shopping industry, there are a variety of other options to look into.

Multiple Toronto companies will actually pay you to hang out with cats and dogs.

You can also make up to $20 an hour at multiple breweries across Ontario.
