The man, 24-year-old Michael Berhane, is described as "violent and dangerous."

Berhane has an Ontario-wide warrant and is wanted for 12 criminal charges.

Those include possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, carrying a concealed weapon, and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
