Wayfair Is Hiring 200 Employees In Toronto This Year & The Perks Are So Good

Wayfair is on a hiring spree to staff up their new Toronto office!

Wayfair, the online home goods retailer with literally millions of products to choose from, is opening three new Engineering offices this year, one of which will be in Toronto.

The company will be filling 200 positions at its Toronto hub within the next year, including software engineers, product managers, data scientists and more.

A Wayfair representative told Narcity about the perks they offer for employees, which include competitive salaries and benefits, bonuses, tuition reimbursements, discounts on their products, RRSP matching and health insurance starting on your very first day.

This is the first time Wayfair is expanding out of its headquarters in Boston and Berlin. They are opening two other engineering offices in Austin, Texas and in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Wayfair is not the only hugely successful company to expand its workforce in the 6ix recently. , Pinterest and Google have also been recruiting talent for their new offices in the city this year.
