At around 3 p.m. on July 9, local police issued an Amber Alert in Quebec. The emergency alert states that two young children are missing, and they’re believed to be with an adult which CBC identifies as their father.

The two girls are from Lévis, Quebec, and are 11 years old and 6 years old. The adult man, Martin Carpentier, is 44 years old.

Norah Carpentier, who’s 11, is described as being “thin.” She is believed to be wearing a white hat and white Nike sandals.

6-year-old Romy Carpentier is around three feet tall and is likely to be wearing a pink shirt and red nail polish.

According to the Amber Alert, Martin Carpentier is considered to be the suspect. He is around 130 pounds and is around 5 feet 10 inches. He’s wearing a grey T-shirt and jeans, and possibly glasses.

Quebec provincial police are asking anybody who sees the trio to call 911 immediately.
