Narcity may receive a small commission if you purchase something we recommend in this article, which was created by the Commerce team. Items are in stock and prices are confirmed at the time of publishing, but they can change at any time.

If you frequently shop at places like Sephora, Starbucks and Walmart, you could be earning a ton of points right now! Drop, the Canadian cash back rewards app, turns five this week and to celebrate, they're giving away thousands of bonus points which can be redeemed for gift cards.

The app syncs to your bank card so you can automatically earn points for shopping at your favourite brands like Lululemon, Indigo and Amazon Canada. It also works when you use other apps like Uber or Lyft.

Now until August 29, Drop users can win thousands of bonus points and a 1-in-5 shot at winning five million points. Just think of how many free drinks you could get at Starbucks with those points!

If you already have the app and love it, you can refer a friend for a chance to win 500,000 bonus points.
