Jacksonville's field of dreams will turn into a socially distanced outdoor movie theater next month.

The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, the city's minor league baseball team, will host a movie and fireworks show at 121 Financial Ballpark.

For a two-person square

The field will be marked out in squares, each custom made for a party of any size, from two people to an entire family.

The idea came about as the team had to cancel its season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The movie and fireworks show will take place on Sept. 5.
