If you're wondering what the best restaurants in Canada are, they've now been revealed and the one that got the top honour has even been visited by the prime minister.

Yelp has released Canada's Top 100 Places to Eat in 2021 list, which was made with the help of suggestions from the community.

Damas, a Syrian restaurant in Montreal, is the top eatery in Canada and the restaurant posted on Instagram in December 2019 that they had a surprise visit from Justin Trudeau.

It's followed by Manoush'eh in Vancouver, Baretto Caffe in Toronto, The Rimrock Cafe in Whistler and Zeal Burgers in Toronto.

Other restaurants that made the list are located in Quebec, Ontario, B.C., and Alberta and you can view the entire list online.
