Everyone needs a break sometimes!

When in doubt, massage it out. If you’re long overdue for a self-care and chill kind of day, then we’ve got good news for you. You can finally get a Nordik Spa massage again, but you might not recognize the building.

Following a temporary closure, the Nordik Spa in Chelsea, Queb. has opened its doors to customers once again.

But, in a video posted on the spa’s website, CEO Martin Paquette explains you won’t be walking back into the same spa.

“We’ve taken advantage of our closure to renovate, overhaul, and improve our facilities to give the impression that you’re visiting a brand-new spa,” Paquette explains in the video.

Another big change will be that the days of walking in without an appointment are gone. You'll now need to call ahead or book online in advance.

At the time of writing, massages are actually the only item back on the menu here.

But don’t worry! With a variety of massage options available, there’s a little something for everyone’s taste.

The staff at Nordik have also implemented a new and improved selection of massages that can be customized and personalized to meet your specific needs.

This is just the first of many reopening stages this spot is set to go through.

To keep up-to-date on the future stages, be sure to keep your eyes peeled to the spa’s website.

There are a number of services for you to choose from, from relaxation massages to mom-to-be massages and so many more.

Each massage lasts for 60 minutes and will cost between $120 and $130.

Things at Nordik may not be back exactly how you remember them just yet, but the peaceful vibes are still there.

“We appreciate your understanding as we make these changes, and we look forward to working with you to create an environment that brings you tranquility and solace,” reads a blurb on the site.

So why not treat yo'self to a little R&R?
