The couple named their child Grace Warrior Irwin Powell, with the first name coming from Irwin's great-grandmother and other relatives on her husband's side of the family dating back to the 1700s.
The middle name, Warrior Irwin, is a tribute to Steve Irwin, aka the "Crocodile Hunter," and "his legacy as the most incredible wildlife warrior," says Irwin.
"There are no words to describe the infinite amount of love in our hearts for our sweet baby girl. She chose the perfect day to be born and we feel tremendously blessed," she said.
