Florida once again set a grim mark in its fight with COVID-19.
The Sunshine State had its most significant daily increase in deaths just two days after the state set a national record for the most novel coronavirus cases in a single day.

COVID-19 Deaths On Tuesday
While the number of deaths trends upwards, the state didn't hit another five-digit case total.
Florida recorded 9,100 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, which brings the state total to 291,629.
The overall death toll in the state now stands at 4,409.
