The official Pantone colours of 2021 are here and boy, are they pretty to look at.

To celebrate the colours, IKEA just revealed the new year's look in their December catalogue with a series of coordinated furniture pieces.

The images are also giving us an aesthetically-pleasing yet moody and vibrant look. The colours for 2021 are a grey tone called Ultimate and a yellow colour, Illuminating.

Best of all? We have pictures.

The first image featured in their catalogue really paints a picture of two opposite worlds colliding. The stark comparisons are bright yet haunting when placed side by side in unison.

It's hard not to notice how this catalogue also looks like a moody 2020 meeting a happier 2021. And oh boy, we deserve the latter. This armchair, which happens to be in both dark yellow and grey, comes with a $189 price tag.

This furniture piece and brightly coloured throw scarf encapsulate IKEA's mood board the best as it physically brings both ideas together in a striking visual. Although the chair price is missing, the throw scarf will set you back $29.99.

This furniture stagging merges both worlds together with light and dark tones combining for a clean finish. But it would set you back a bit with the glass door cabinet at $299.00, while the chaise costs $370.
