Who's ready for a winter adventure? This enchanting conservation area near Toronto lets you wander along twinkling trails and explore an illuminated sugar bush.

Winter may feel like the time of year to cozy up indoors, but this magical experience is worth putting on your boots and mittens for. You can invite your friends for a fun evening out or plan a romantic date night with a loved one.

It's located about an hour from Toronto in Campbellville so you don't have to drive to far in order to reach this spot.

Winterlit is an annual event hosted at Mountsberg Conservation Area. The attraction is running Friday through Sunday until February 19, 2024.

You can explore an "award-winning display of outdoor lights" as you wander along two twinkling trails and through the glowing sugar bush.

Along the way, you can check out the illuminated art installations, cozy up at the Fireside Lounges, play board games at the Book Nook and more.

An Enchanted Evening is taking place on February 10 in celebration of Valentine's Day. It will feature additional entertainment such as live music, treats, fire performers and a licensed Ice Bar.

Tickets for Winterlit are available online. Bundle up and enjoy a winter walk through an illuminated forest.
