A GTA mall has reported a positive case of COVID-19 at Winners in Markham, Ontario. 

The person who tested positive reportedly contacted staff at Markville Mall immediately.

Cadillac Fairview

The entire store went through a deep clean on Tuesday, as did the common areas of the shopping centre, CP24 reports. 

"At this point in time Public Health has advised that no further action is required and the building can remain open for business," Cadillac Fairview stated. 

Other positive cases in malls have been popping up across the city, most recently at the Keg and JOEY in Sherway Gardens.

Yorkdale also reported positive cases at Foot Locker and JOEY.
