If you're a carb-lover, this news is about to make your day a hole lot better. The beloved Kettlemans Bagel is officially opening a downtown Toronto shop at the intersection of Bathurst Street and Niagara Street as soon as this fall.

The Ottawa-based company is known for its authentic Montreal-style bagels and opened its first GTA location in Etobicoke in 2020.

Torontonians will be able to enjoy the iconic sandwiches right downtown and can look forward to hand-rolled bagels that are made using a special recipe that's been the same since the 17th century.

The shop will be open 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year so you can get your bagel fill whenever the craving hits.

There is also a bagel subscription in the works, which would deliver sesame and everything bagels straight to your door. The subscription service launched in Ottawa this July.
