One Ontario man's dream came true after winning big in a recent LOTTO MAX draw.
Albert Vidal, a 75-year-old man from Pickering cashed in on $100,000 days after he dreamed he would win, according to OLG.
"It feels good to win! I had a dream I won $100,000 a few days before, and in that dream, I was thinking about how to spend it," he said in a press release.
"I scanned my ticket using the OLG Lottery App and saw Big Winner – it was loaded with zeroes. I showed my wife and asked her to count the zeroes and then we jumped up in excitement!"
Vidal said that he told his children and grandchildren upon hearing the news and "they were all cheering and laughing."
He plans to use the money for home renovations and a new car and will share it with loved ones.
The lucky ticket was bought in Ajax at a Sobeys on Kingston Road for the May 21, 2021 draw.
