Windsor-Essex moves into stage three

This means that all 34 public health regions will be able to open their doors to gyms, dine-in restaurants, movie theatres and more.

"Thanks to the collective efforts of our frontline health care workers, public health experts, and the people of Windsor-Essex, more businesses in the region can hang up their 'Open for Business' sign and more people can go back to work as of this Wednesday," Doug Ford stated in the press release.

The move comes after the Windsor area reported "positive local trends," such as fewer cases of COVID-19.
