Bars, restaurants, and nightclubs have also been ordered to stop serving alcohol as of 11 p.m. each night, according to the news release.

They are required to cut people off from drinking as of midnight and until 9 a.m., employees included.

This means that they must now close up by 12:00 a.m., until 5 a.m. the next morning, except for takeout and delivery.

Ontario has seen a significant increase in COVID-19 cases this month, prompting some cities to declare the beginning of the second wave.
