Calling all cookie lovers! A beloved Toronto cookie shop is opening in one of the city's biggest landmarks next week and you can get your hands on some free treats.

Craig's Cookies, the city's "most iconic cookie brand," is opening a new location in Toronto's Union Station.

The company is known for its "nostalgic selection of mouthwatering cookies and its 'Celebrate Yourself' ethos" and offers a range of drool-worthy cookies in flavours like Cookies and Cream, Pop Tart, Toblerone, Apple Pie and Ferrero Rocher.

In celebration of the grand opening, Craig's Cookies will be giving out free treats and here's when you can get yours.

The Union Station location grand opening is taking place on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.

Visitors can enjoy one classic chocolate chip per person, while supplies last, as well as live music and selfies with Craig starting at 7 a.m.

"We're ecstatic to open our 5th Toronto corporate location on the heels of Pride month, and to be a part of the rejuvenated Union Station!" Craig Pike, Founder and CEO of Craig's Cookies said in a press release.

"I can’t think of a better way to continue to share our cookies and our message of love and acceptance than by connecting with commuters, tourists, and Torontonians at the historic Union Station. The quintessential Toronto treat — packaged in our iconic pink box and sealed with a rainbow Pride sticker — is now available to everyone who passes through this iconic building!"

The store can be found inside the main Front Street entrance, one level below the Great Hall.

It will be open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to indulge in these gooey desserts.

Make your commute a little sweeter with a free cookie on Wednesday!
