Get your swimsuits and sunscreen ready! The largest waterpark in the GTA is officially reopening this weekend and it's full of aquatic thrills.

The waterpark, located about 30 minutes from the city, offers tons of attractions to enjoy. Featuring water slides, private cabanas and more, it's a fun spot to spend a sunny day.

Tickets are already on sale, so if you're looking for something exciting to do this weekend, you may want to plan a trip to this spot.

Here's what to know about this giant waterpark.

Wet'n'Wild Toronto is reopening for the season on June 8, 2024 and there's so much to enjoy. According to a press release, it's "the GTA’s largest dedicated water park" and is home to a wave pool, lazy river and more.

"[...] Wet‘n’Wild Toronto delivers an unforgettable experience for guests of all ages," Rob Karim, General Manager of Wet‘n’Wild Toronto said in the press release.

"As temperatures rise, there's no better way to beat the heat than by visiting the city’s premier family waterpark destination. Leave your worries at the door and immerse yourself in an urban oasis."

Some highlights of the park include "one of the longest and tallest drop slides in Canada" and The Bermuda Triangle attraction which features "three classic body slides packed with twists and turns."

Tickets are available online, so get ready to enjoy some weekend sunshine and fun at this spot.
