A Drive-In Diner With Rollerskating Servers Is Bringing The '50s To Toronto This Summer

Toronto's Dusty Star Drive-In Will Transport You To The '50s

Start those engines because a drive-in diner is popping up in Toronto and it will make you feel like you're in the '50s.

The Dusty Star Drive-In Diner is transforming the back of the Galleria Mall parking lot into a retro food extravaganza from August 13 to 15.

Rollerskating carhops will deliver meals right to your vehicle, and for those who don't have a car, you can reserve a picnic table and still get in on the fun.

Live DJs will be playing funk, soul, and disco tunes, and you can listen from your car radio.

There will also be a bar and market vendors selling a variety of goods.

Menu items include super empanada hot dogs, root beer floats, and Sapori's smash burgers.

Tickets are available online and must be purchased in advance, so start planning your best retro outfit and take a trip back in time this summer.
