This Hidden Bar With A Patio In BC Is Straight Out Of 'Gossip Girl'

Enjoy the glitz of NYC in BC. 🍸
Staff Writer

Feel like Blair and Serena for a day. If you've watched the luxury and drama of life in the Upper East Side more times than you can count, we know where you need to visit. Haven in Langley is straight out of Gossip Girl.

The hidden bar with a patio is only 40 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Once you step inside, it feels like you've arrived in Manhattan and will never want to leave.

The interior has so much eye-candy you can't help but marvel at everything. The main floor is glamourous, with multiple sparkling chandeliers, graphic wallpaper, and a giant glowing pink neon sign over the bar inviting you to "choose your own adventure."

Stepping outdoors, you'll find the patio is equally stunning. There are lush plants everywhere and an ornate bubbling fountain in the middle of the courtyard.

It is a dreamy spot to catch up with friends over an Aperol spritz and enjoy the sunshine. But a real showstopper is their Haven gin and tonic, which changes colour between indigo, lavender and fuchsia.

The cuisine has a global influence, with many of the items designed to share. Prices range from $10.00 to 49.50.

Some affordable crowd-pleasers to split are the tempura cauliflower, bao buns, and dill pickle fried chicken wings.

But they also have hearty items to like the coconut curry and charbroiled ribeye.

Or if you are craving something sweet, they sell a nostalgic chocolate cake with cinnamon ice cream and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. It for several people to enjoy, but if you want to eat it all by yourself, we won't judge.

Ready to make plans to go catch up with your BFF? They are open every day from 11 a.m. till late, and you can reserve a table online.
