Another Tornado Blew Through Manitoba & It Was Eerie Looking (VIDEO)

Another storm, another twister. This Manitoba tornado touched down and blew through southern parts of the province. So far there haven't been any reports of damage but it was an eerie sight.

On the evening of August 13, a tornado formed and touched down near Alexander, a community in southern Manitoba.

It happened as intense thunderstorms moved through the area.

The powerful storms resulted in tornado warnings for several parts of the province and at least one twister actually touchdown during the weather event.

After the skies calmed down, Environment Canada tweeted that they had confirmed a tornado touched down near Alexander around 5:40 p.m. local time.

At that point, there were no reports of damage.

Since it's still being investigated, no EF classification has been given to it yet. They also need help to figure out what went down.

When the twister formed, people started taking photos and filming videos of it and posted the incredible shots on social media.

In some of them, you can see the dark, stormy sky behind the tornado and the stark white funnel making contact with the ground.

Another angle shows how eerie-looking the tornado was.

A video journalist, photographer and storm chaser with The Weather Network posted photos on Twitter of the twister with lighter skies behind it.

Some parts of the funnel are dark grey while other parts are white.

According to The Weather Network, there was also lots of lightning, damaging wind gusts and torrential rain.

The downpours led to localized flooding in some places.

This one touched down less than a week after a monster tornado formed near Virden which is just a short distance from Alexander.

It tossed cars around and even led to a power outage.

Two eighteen-year-olds were killed because of that storm.
