Are beer and tacos a drink and food combination you can't resist? If so then you're in luck because there is a food festival making its debut in several Ontario cities in the upcoming months that is serving up just that.

For the first time ever the I Heart Beer & Taco Festival is coming to Ontario, presented by Cowbell Brewing in collaboration with Fury Hot Sauce, and they are hitting seven cities in the province.

Why you should care: Looking for something fun to do during the coldest months of the year can be tough sometimes, but this festival might be one of the things to get you out of your funk because there will be loads of things to drink, eat and do.

ICYMI: The festival's first location is in Toronto, and the event is taking place on February 17 at the Enercare Centre, followed by Hamilton on February 23 and 24, Ottawa, March 1 and 2, Kitchener, March 8 and 9, London, March 15 and 16, Niagara, March 23 and Guelph, April 27.

At the winter event, customers can expect to have a night filled with beer, cider, spirit sampling, games, dancing and tacos. From beer pong to board games, arcade games and classic consoles, you'll definitely be entertained.

And if you're a fan of the show "Hot Ones," then you can live out your dreams by sampling a whole bunch of hot sauces from Fury Hot Sauce.

What comes next: At the Toronto event, you can try beer from 20 breweries and eat from over 12 taquerias. And, of course, there will be a dessert booth. Some vendors in the 6ix will include Top Dog Brewing Company, Black Lab Brewing, Railway City Brewing, El Milagro, Big Daddy Bacon and Picante Mx.

Each event will vary slightly from city to city. However, you can check out all the details for your city here.

Tickets start at $13.05, and ticket prices are expected to increase on January 17, so make sure to buy them ahead of time.
