Finding fun and cheap events in Toronto that are worth leaving the house for during the coldest months of the year can be tricky, but this brand-new food market will definitely get you off the couch.

You'll have two opportunities this winter to enjoy a food event without having to huddle for warmth outside, because this market takes place indoors.

Yes, you read that right — Street Eats is finally hosting a winter event that isn't out in the cold, and it's happening at Evergreen Brick Works on February 24 and March 23.

The adult-only event will feature beer, wine and delicious food, and the best part is that each dish will cost $7 or less!

In other words, you'll be able to sample a bunch of different foods for an affordable price while socializing and having a good time.

The Underground Market is inspired by the original Toronto Underground Market, which ran from 2011 to 2014 and, according to Street Eats, "catapulted the careers of some of Toronto's most popular chefs."

Evergreen Brick Works and Street Eats have teamed up to "revive the iconic event to continue its mission to find the real gastronomic gems of Toronto."

Enjoy your cheap bites this winter, Toronto!
