Get ready to melt away all your worries at that Kananaskis Nordic Spa

The spa, which is known for epic hot, warm, and cold tubs with even better views and all things relaxing, eagerly posted on Instagram that they'll be reopening their doors again with some new health and safety protocols in place.

The spa will officially reopen

While people are encouraged to visit, occupancy will be “significantly reduced” says the spa.

Saunas and steam rooms will also remain closed as per government guidelines. 

Be sure to take your mask with you as they are required for everyone, including staff.

Health officials in Alberta are officially launching a vaccine incentive for residents over 18, so get ready to make some quick money if you have yet to get your doses.

During a press conference on September 3, Alberta's Minister of Health Tyler Shandro announced that a one-time incentive of $100 will be given out to Albertans aged 18 and over who receive a first or second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine between September 3 and October 14.

According to an update from the province's top doctor, COVID-19 cases in Alberta are on the rise again.

Chief medical officer of health, Dr. Deena Hinshaw, provided the update via Twitter on Tuesday, August 17. She noted that there had been 407 cases reported in the past 24 hours.
