Like the OG cilantro-lime rice, the new plant-based alternative is finished with hand-chopped cilantro, lime and salt for a similar flavor to the classic rice.

This is BIG news for Chipotle lovers across the U.S. and Canada who are looking to try out diets like keto and Whole 30 for their New Year's resolution.

In celebration of the new healthy option, the eatery is also launching four new Lifestyle Bowls that include cilantro-lime cauliflower rice as a base.

"We are thrilled to offer Cauliflower Rice nationally and help our fans achieve their diet or lifestyle goals," said Chris Brandt, the chief marketing officer at Chipotle

Adding the new base to your bowl or burrito will cost you an extra $2, but until January 11, Chipotle will waive the delivery fee on orders of $10 or more that include the "rice."

Chipotle restaurants in the U.S. and Canada will offer cauliflower rice for a limited time.
