The holiday season is all about coming together, sharing good vibes, and spreading kindness wherever possible. It’s also a time when giving back can be especially meaningful — whether you’re volunteering or simply making someone smile.

In the spirit of spreading holiday cheer, Coca-Cola in Canada is making this season even more special with their Holiday Caravan Tour and a new search for Canada’s Kindest Community.

In partnership with Community Foundations of Canada, the Canada's Kindest Community Contest encourages Canadians to share acts of kindness they’ve done or witnessed. No act is too small to count, whether it’s a warm gesture to a neighbour or a big community event.

By nominating your community and sharing these heartwarming stories, you’ll help give your hometown a chance to be celebrated. The community with the most stories of kindness per capita will be recognized as Canada's Kindest Community, receive a $50,000 donation to support their local Community Foundation and a 2025 Holiday Caravan experience.

Nominations opened on November 13 — coinciding with World Kindness Day — and close on January 6, 2025.

Canadians can feel the kindness firsthand as the Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan tour travels coast-to-coast to deliver optimism and share moments of joy.

The Holiday Caravan started in Halifax, Nova Scotia, on November 14. From there, Canadians will have the chance to experience the magic of the holiday season until December 23.

Keep an eye out for the iconic red truck decked out in twinkling lights as it visits hundreds of communities across the country. Not only will you be able to snap some festive photos, but you might even get to meet the jolly man from the North Pole himself!

Check the Coca-Cola Holiday Hub for a complete list of Holiday Caravan locations and activities available during each stop.

So, rally up Canada! Follow the Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan as it travels across the country, spreading joy and celebrating communities that make a difference. Who knows? Your community may be crowned the kindest of all.
