Whether you're a Costco shopper looking for grocery list recommendations or someone without a membership wondering what's available, here's what you need to know!
Narcity posted on Facebook and asked people to share what they think are the best products at Costco Canada.
With around a hundred comments from shoppers, it seems that there are a lot of top items.
These are the best products at Costco, according to Canadians: meat and baked goods.
People specifically recommended Lilydale cooked turkey, Bibigo coriander chicken dumplings, precooked bacon, Harvest Meats smoked sausages, St. Louis ribs, pork chops, and butter chicken.
When it comes to Costco's Kirkland Signature baked goods, the top choices for Canadians are croissants, cheesecake, bagels, cookies, sourdough bread, and apple turnovers.
Then, these Costco items are considered the best by some people, but weren't mentioned as much as others:
- toilet paper
- paper towels
- frozen blueberries
- vegetables
- food court hot dogs
People specifically noted Kirkland Signature toilet paper and paper towels are the best at Costco. Also, someone said raw spinach and mixed greens are the best veggies.
Only a few Canadians said that cheese, olive oil, garlic stuffed olives, Alaskan salmon, eggs, Olive Garden salad dressing, potato salad, Krispy Kreme donuts, Dove body wash, and curtains are the best Costco products.
People also had quite a few unique responses to the question of what the best items to buy at Costco are.
Someone commented that the best products are the free samples, according to their seven-year-old kid.
A lot of people said that the best items at the wholesale retailer right now are Canadian products and anything made in Canada.
"Pick a department first before you ask a question like that," another person said.
With the size of Costco warehouses, it's no surprise that someone would have trouble picking just one or a few products!
A lot of the items people think are the best are also products at Costco that are cheaper than grocery stores in Canada, including cheese, frozen blueberries, and toilet paper.
Plus, you can get some of these best products from Kirkland Signature instead of name brands since they're cheap dupes.
