Dallas has always been a playground of fun and amazement, but the newest edition deep in the heart of downtown is sure to amaze you.

The AT&T Discovery District, located next to the company's headquarters, was forced to delay its May opening due to the pandemic.

But the spot is now partially open while development continues, and it has everything you need to enjoy an afternoon in the Big D and much, much more.

Editor's Choice: Dallas Is Getting An All-New 17K-sq-ft Magical Walk-Thru Experience This November

100% Powered by wind energy

You'll have the option of dining, shopping, or simply relaxing with a cup of coffee as you enjoy the views of the massive art screen that is unlike anything you've ever seen.

One of the many jewels in the plaza is the AT&T Experience Store, where you can interact with scenes and props from your favorite shows/movies in either a literal or virtual way.

The current experience on display is "HBO Max Iconic Hat Display," offering you the chance to connect with characters and even ride the train to Hogwarts in a 360-window.

The pandemic has put a damper on everybody's fun plans this year, but the district has adapted to these harsh times and is still offering an amazing and safe time.

The AT&T Experience Store is open at limited capacity, picnic tables are placed six feet apart to enforce social distancing, and hand sanitizer stations are places throughout the area.
