House hunters, rejoice! Canada's most affordable regions to buy a home were just revealed and we have all the details.

Canada is known for its beautiful cities, but what good are these sites if individuals can't settle down there long-term?

Luckily, the country has many beautiful regions that actually have homes priced below the national average, according to Zoocasa.

Per Zoocasa's report, the national average price for a home in Canada currently sits at $621,525.

Of the regions looked at in the report, 18 of them were found to have homes below the national average price.

Saint John, New Brunswick came out on top as Canada's most affordable housing market this year with the average house costing $199,853, which is way below the national average.

Following close behind is Saguenay, Quebec, with the average home costing $206,242.
