There's a super eerie monument in Georgia that's inscribed with instructions on how to rebuild society after the apocalypse.

The Georgia Guidestones in Elberton, GA, are large granite tablets with a chilling message that reads, "Let these be guidestones to an Age of Reason."

The stones are engraved with 10 guidelines on how to reestablish the planet and society after a potential apocalypse.

The instructions are written in eight different languages: English, Spanish, Swahili, Hindi, Hebrew, Arabic, Chinese and Russian.

One of the most prominent messages is, "Be not a cancer on the Earth – Leave room for nature."

Another eerie inscription reads, "Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature."

The guidestones also serve as a calendar. Every day at noon the sun shines through a small hole in the center monolith and illuminates the day’s date.
