President Trump held a rally in Macon, GA last Friday, and Georgia Representative (D) Vernon Jones was in attendance to show his support. 

Over the weekend, photos and videos surfaced of Rep. Jones crowd-surfing maskless at the rally, with even more maskless attendees holding him up.

Jones, who is a staunch Trump supporter, tweeted a photo of himself crowd-surfing maskless with a proud caption.

He was quickly criticized on social media for the stunt, but Jones had no apologies for those who scrutinized him.

Rally-goers captured videos of Jones as he was lifted into the air by the crowd. 

This comes as Georgia is on the verge of being added to the list of 26 states in the "red-zone", which have aggressive COVID-19 outbreaks right now. 

According to reports, Georgia is in the "orange zone," which indicates accelerated spread and the risk of an outbreak.
