Just an hour away from Augusta Georgia, the Riverbanks Zoo & Garden in South Carolina is hosting a boozy adults-only night on October 1.

"Hoppy Hour at the Zoo" is for those 21+ and you'll be able to walk around the zoo, sipping on various brews and wine options, while also observing social distancing.

Sip, stroll, and social distance during this adults-only opportunity to soak in the sights and sounds of the ZOO AFTER HOURS.

Riverbanks Zoo & Garden 

The event will run from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., so not only will you be able to get your drink on at the zoo, you'll be able to see the animals from a whole new after-hours view.

The event's proceeds will go to the "Riverbanks’ critical role in animal and plant care and conservation," according to the event posting on the zoo's website. 

The eateries on-site, the Watering Hole, Wild Burger, Cones, and Kodiak Point, will be open serving various drinks and will have full menus available as well for when you get the munchies.
