According to the Daily Herald, you can reach the Stewart Cascades Trailhead from Provo Canyon by taking SR-189 4.9-miles to the Alpine Loop toward Mount Timpanogos.

There are designated spots to park at Aspen Grove, which houses the start of the path.

The 1.9-mile trail leads to the whimsical falls and is an easy trek.
