After a long week of rain and thunderstorms, Georgia is finally seeing some signature southern sun. There's plenty of things to do in Savannah this weekend that'll get you outside to enjoy the fresh air. Not to mention, all of these spots are either affordable or free.
From the bustling bars and restaurants of River Street to the popular shopping area that's Broughton Street, there are so many other things to do in between these spots that you might have never even heard about.
While there might not be any swimming holes in Savannah, there are a few hiking trails and islands just a few miles outside of the city. These are all free admission too, so it might just be worth the drive to explore.
Grab a few friends, gear up, and make sure you stay hydrated throughout your adventurous weekend out on the town.
