She said that "taking care of your mental health is important" and she promised that following along with the yoga nidra session she led will help to calm your mind.

This session has almost 15 minutes of guided meditation that can be done sitting or lying down at any point during the day. You can even do it at night while in bed and she'll guide you into sleep.

Grégoire Trudeau has been practicing yoga for more than a decade and is also a certified instructor.

At the beginning of 2021, she did a live yoga class on Facebook with other instructors that you can also try if you want something a bit more active.
