If you love yoga or just always wanted to try it, you can do it with Sophie Grégoire Trudeau now because she did a class live on social media.

The live-streamed class is now posted on her Facebook page so you can watch it whenever you want and do all the movements with her.

Editor's Choice: Canadians Just Ranked Among The Saddest & Most Anxious Citizens In The World

Grégoire Trudeau was joined by yoga instructors Leslie Salmon Jones, Jeff W Jones, Andrea Robertson, Malina Dawn, Michael Dynie and Ryan Leier.

She has said that she's met them all in the more than a decade that she's been practicing yoga and through her time as a certified instructor.

Each of them took a turn teaching a different part of the class like sun salutations and meditation.

A week before this class, Grégoire Trudeau did an Instagram live with Canadian musician Chantal Kreviazuk who she's been friends with for 13 years.

They talked about how they often do yoga together and that's when she got the idea to live stream a class.

Canadians have been ranked as some of the saddest and most anxious people in the world and if you're feeling that way, this class could be something you try to ease your mind.
