St. Pete is about to get a tasty new chicken spot with the long-awaited grand opening of Chick’nCone when they crack open their delicious doors next Saturday!

The grand opening of this mouthwatering new spot will kick off at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 15 at their new location at 425 Central Ave. in St. Pete.

On opening day, they'll be serving free samples of chicken all day, as well as offer the crispy fried bites served in their signature waffle cones and local craft beers for only $5.

You can even jam out to a live DJ, bring your furry friends along, and save room for dessert with Nightingale Ice Cream Sandwiches.

The family-owned chicken and waffle eatery started as a food truck in Manhattan and has since opened several eateries across the nation.
