Courteney Cox & Ed Sheeran Recreated Ross And Monica's Iconically Awful Dance Routine

We don't know why this is a thing but we are NOT mad about it.

There's a good chance that the show Friends is on your radar a little more than usual lately. From the iconic reunion special to an unexpected dance routine on Courteney Cox's Instagram, it seems to be the gift that just keeps giving.

On Sunday, May 30, Cox posted a video of her and Ed Sheeran recreating the memorable dance that the characters Ross and Monica did on the show.

The sitcom siblings performed the routine on an episode where the two were trying to get noticed on a New Year's Eve TV special.

For some reason, Cox and Sheeran decided to do the routine in a field in what looks to be the late evening. The pair totally nailed the dance.

Unfortunately, they didn't exactly nail the final move and they both ended up on the ground. If you're living for a little bit of Friends nostalgia, this might be just the thing.
