You read that correctly, Downtown Aquarium Houston is home to the one and only Shark Voyage, an underwater train ride that takes you through the center of a 200,000-gallon shark tank.
While many other cities in Texas have fun and exciting things to do at their aquariums, nothing can compare to beingwithout having to swim right next to them. , aquariums are where it's at.
Shark Voyage is just $5.99 to experience, and if that's all you'd like to do while at the aquarium, you can purchase those individual tickets for it without having to buy anything else.

Downtown Aquarium Houston is open 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Sundays.
