York Region has announced that Canada's Wonderland is about to transform into a drive-thru vaccination site by next week. 

According to a release, the popular theme park is set to start administering doses by Monday, March 29.

Starting on Tuesday, residents 70 years or older will be eligible to get a COVID-19 vaccine. 

However, they will only be able to attend the clinic through an appointment and will have to book ahead of time online. 

Other eligible groups include staff in long-term care homes and retirement homes, Indigenous adults and other high-priority health care workers.
