However, what zones these spots will be moving into is still in question.

In a press conference on Thursday, Williams stated that while the final decision won't be announced until Friday, Toronto, Peel and North Bay will be entering into the zones.

"Three of the health units that have been out of the framework up until now, in the stay-at-home order, namely Toronto, Peel and North Bay will be re-entering the framework as of midnight on Sunday coming up," stated Williams.

"The question is where do they enter the framework into."

Currently, both Toronto and Peel doctors have recommended that their regions be moved into the grey zone

However, Peel was originally fighting to enter the red zone last month.

Once announced on Friday, the changes will take effect as of 12:01 a.m. on March 8.
