Patio season is finally here in Ontario, and the Flying Monkeys in Barrie has decided to kick the day off with a different take on a balanced breakfast.
The brewery opened at 9 a.m. on Friday for an early meal on their patio and they have a special cereal-infused beverage on tap.
In addition to breakfast sandwiches, they're serving colourful cereal with Mliko beer instead of milk.
Other patios in Toronto and Ottawa apparently could not wait to get their doors open on Friday, as a couple of local bars and restaurants had their patios open at 12:01 a.m., as soon as they were allowed to.
The Flying Monkeys is serving breakfast until 12 p.m., so if you happen to be in the area, you could give this unique creation a try.
