A Toronto Maple Leafs forward is having the kind of summer most people can only dream of, and it just got even better.

Over the weekend, Steven Lorentz tied the knot with his longtime partner, Erin Markle, in a picturesque outdoor ceremony.

The couple, who got engaged in 2023, shared stunning photos from their special day on social media, including an aerial view of the venue that looked straight out of a movie.

Erin captioned the post, "HUSBAND & WIFE | 07.26.25."

Lorentz was joined by friends, family, and teammates, including Leafs goaltender Anthony Stolarz and forward Bobby McMann.

Stolarz and Lorentz were both part of the Florida Panthers squad that hoisted the Stanley Cup in 2024 before signing with Toronto. Lorentz and McMann also appear to share a close off-ice bond.

Leafs forward Max Domi also wished the couple well, commenting love-heart emojis on the post.

Lorentz is the second Leafs player to say their vows this summer, as Nicholas Robertson married his longtime partner Emma earlier this month.

This latest milestone is the cherry on top of what's already been a whirlwind off-season.

Lorentz inked a three-year, $4.05 million contract to remain with the Leafs following his first season in Toronto. He also recorded 19 points (8 goals, 11 assists) in 80 games during the 2024-25 campaign and added two assists in 13 playoff appearances.

"I would love to play my whole career in Toronto," he told NHL.com after putting ink to paper. "And last year was even better, it exceeded expectations, and just being able to wear the Leaf with pride and play at home with friends and family and trying to bring a Cup to a city that has been longing for it for so long and deserves it ... it was a no-brainer."

But for all the big moments this summer, saying "I do" may take the cake.

Now, with a new contract and a wedding ring on his finger, there's only one ring left to chase — a Stanley Cup with the Leafs.
