You Can Have An Italian Feast Delivered To You At This Toronto Park At Sunset

For an epic date night.

Lead Writer, Travel

A Toronto restaurant has come up with a unique way for you to enjoy dinner outdoors while patios are still closed.

Il Fornello, an Italian venue known for its Neapolitan pizza, has partnered with Ambassador to launch a Sunset Dining experience where you can get a feast delivered to you in Riverdale Park.

According to a press release, the experience is a way of avoiding third-party commission fees and employing staff from the neighbourhood while waiting for patios to open.

You can preorder from the entire menu for evening delivery Monday through Sunday starting at 5:30 p.m., and there will also be an outpost in the middle of the park where you can scan a QR code to place an order. If you order after arriving at the park, however, there is a wait time of around 45 minutes or less for your food.

The experience is being offered all summer.
