Following reports of Joe Biden being named the new president-elect of the United States, many have taken to the streets and even outside the White House to celebrate.

Americans are apparently partying in the streets and the country is turning into one giant dance party.

Hundreds gathered outside the White House to cheer and wave flags following Joe Biden's projected win. Music was also blasting as people erupted in cheers.

Many more gathered in the streets of Philly and were seen dancing following the news.

U.S. residents also captured dogs celebrating as hundreds more gather in the streets after the results.

New York City joined the frenzy too with cars honking and more people dancing.

The news broke on Saturday, November 7, four days after polls closed on November 3.
