You'll Have To Wear A Mask At Every Starbucks In Canada Starting Mid-September

Coffee-drinkers must wear them starting September 14.
Contributor

It's going to be mandatory to wear masks at Starbucks in Canada soon, so when you drop by for your morning dose of caffeine you know what to do.

At all "company-owned café locations," they will have to be worn starting September 14 — so that gives you almost two weeks to stock up on masks.

Starbucks Canada [...] will require customers to wear facial coverings

Starbucks

This new rule applies Canada-wide, even in places where there are no local laws about wearing them in public.

You can still get your pumpkin spice latte by curbside pick-up and drive-thru if you don't want to go inside or put a mask on.

Starbucks joins other companies in Canada like Winners and No Frills by making this a rule for everyone who visits their locations.
