As of Wednesday morning, September 9, there are no active COVID-19 cases in Banff and Jasper.
Canmore's COVID-19 case count is currently sitting at one, as confirmed by Alberta Health spokesperson Tom McMillan.

The tourist-friendly towns have done well for themselves but the province's numbers are spiking.
On Tuesday, September 8, the provincial government revealed that 619 cases of COVID-19 had been recorded over the September long weekend.
The count for the province is at its highest since May 9.
