In fact, Canadian workers from all over the country got to have their say on their company in this year's 13th annual Employees' Choice Awards by Glassdoor.

According to the company, the award is solely based on the feedback of workers who give their anonymous opinion of their work in a company review about their "job, work environment and employer over the past year."

The top 10 best places to work in 2021 in Canada are:

"This year's winning employers have proven, according to employees, that even during extraordinary times, they'll rise to the challenge to support their people," Christian Sutherland-Wong, Glassdoor's chief executive officer, said.

Sutherland-Wong also said the pandemic shines a light on 'exceptional' employers who decided to put their employee's health and safety before all else.

The full list includes the top 25 best places to work for this year.
